Hallo there, I’m Steph! I’ve been blogging since 2002 on various blogging websites, but I’ve recently decided to focus on writing for my very own craft blog, and have been working hard on my little Etsy shop. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a long time, so I’m very happy to be finally making it happen! As for this ‘about me’ page, I’m not sure what you would like to know. I’m just me, I like to make things. In particular, I love to sew, make jewelry, crochet, draw and knit – ever feel like you’ve got your fingers in too many… craft pies?

I’ve been crocheting and knitting since I was a child, thanks to my grandmother who took the time to teach me. Being crafty together meant we could transcend the language barrier that existed between us, with her speaking very little English and with me speaking barely a word of Polish. So for that reason, being crafty has always been something special to me.

I’m English, and live here in England with my American husband. I’m not really sure what the future holds. I’m chasing the dream of one day having my own house with a porch and being able to pursue my crafty hobbies full-time. One day I’d like to move to the US… one day.
